And like a hula hoop, that story can either keep you centred and flowing… or throw you off balance if it’s out of rhythm.

The words we use shape how we think, how we feel, and ultimately, how we show up. This workshop is for anyone ready to explore those words — and change the ones that no longer serve.

Blow Your Mind(set) is a bold, experiential dive into the mechanics of self-talk, emotional regulation, and belief systems. You’ll explore the difference between a growth mindset and a fixed one, and learn how to build a mindset that’s not only resilient, but alive — rooted in presence, clarity, and joy.

Who am I?

Hey - I'm Amy

There was a time I was stuck in a loop of self-doubt, self-sabotage, and stories that kept me small. On the surface, I looked fine. Inside, I was lost. And then — I picked up a hula hoop.

What started as a distraction became my training ground for rhythm, focus, presence, and self-discipline.

Through movement, I started to breathe again — and when I did, I woke up.

Since then, I’ve combined years of performance experience with powerful mindset tools like Enlifted®, breathwork, EFT, and language coaching. I help people unlearn the noise and rebuild from truth — one word at a time.

BLOW YOUR MIND(set) is the workshop I wish I had when I was stuck

It’s a space to meet yourself honestly, shift the way you speak to yourself, and step into a mindset that serves your goals — without losing your joy.

This is real mindset work.

Rooted in play.
